Pickup Completed
A Donation Coordinator will personally arrange the pickup for you.
Federal Tax Receipt
Within 24 hours following your pickup, you will receive a Federal Tax Receipt – form 8283, and a Thank You letter.

Discover how your donation moves through our structured process—from pickup to sustainability, making a lasting impact every step of the way!
- Donation(s) are picked up.
- Donation(s) are moved into Processing & Sorting.
- Items suitable for resale are sent to Thrift Store Sales, to be purchased by consumers.
- Unsalable goods are redirected to Recycling, reducing waste. See Donation Guidelines
- The proceeds from thrift store sales are used for Program Funding, which is instrumental in supporting our local Adult Rehabilitation Programs.
- Ultimately, the entire cycle leads to Sustainability, creating a positive environmental and social impact while transforming lives in the process.
